The Jewel Cross-Rib pattern found in Barbara Walker’s Second Treasury featured in this design has a unique execution, and looks much more difficult than it really is. Adapted to knitting in the round, it makes a fun project in this headband and mitts set. Work the headband first and you’ll have the pattern down by the time you work the mitts.
