PATTERN DESCRIPTION
SIZING

This basic cardigan pattern is a perfect beginner project or for knitting with self-patterning yarns, highly textured yarns, or any yarn that needs to be the star of the show. The pattern's blank canvas is also great for stripes or embroidered embellishments. Pattern includes instructions for crew neck and V-neck. Knit from the top down with raglan shaping, this cardigan is a seamless garment that is easily custom-fit. (Makes at least 48 different sweaters!)

  • Sport weight yarn, approx 1620 (1750, 1875, 2025, 2150, 2375, 2550, 2700, 2900, 3125, 3350, 3475) yds
  • US size 3-5 (3.25-3.75) needles, or size needed to achieve gauge (24" and 16 “ circular, one dpn set of 4 or 5)
